INTRODUCTION:

Faheema Badat is a financial consulting professional who has worked alongside organisations in the public and private sectors and across geographies. She was one of four people featured in the Destiny Women magazine article titled “Accounting Aces under 30” in 2011 and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

As a product of empowerment through education, learning is the impetus behind everything she does and believes in the saying by Nelson Mandela that “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”.

Faheema Badat has gained experience over a decade within the Transport, Energy, Financial Services, Property, Mining, Agriculture, Healthcare and Academic sectors.

Her academic areas of interest centre on matters relating to development finance given its purpose of fostering shared economic growth and sustainable development. Faheema Badat’s philosophy is that no matter who you are, your impact is not too small as everyone has the ability to make a difference and that if you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way.
